We keep your data only as long as we need it to provide the service or meet the law. An automatic daily process applies these periods.

When you delete your account
- Right away: we end your sessions and hide your profile, posts and any business you're the only owner of.
- For 30 days you can sign in and get everything back.
- On day 30: we erase your profile, posts, comments, messages, reviews, appointments, files and pets only you look after.
- Health records a business wrote about a shared pet stay with the pet.
When you delete a business
Its profile, services, products, team, promotions, posts, appointments and stats are erased right away and its plan is cancelled. Health records it wrote stay on the pets, without the business's name.
