Is MyPets+ free?

Yes. Free costs $0 forever: health record, WhatsApp reminders, emergency QR tag, businesses on the map, bookings, the community and 5 health assistant questions a day, for up to 3 pets. Pro is $749 MXN a year: unlimited pets, up to 200 questions a day and exclusive discounts with partner businesses. Cancel in one tap and we refund what’s left of the year.

Does it work for my tortoise, bird or axolotl?

Yes. MyPets+ works for every species: dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, fish, amphibians and more. Each profile keeps species, breed, weight, vaccines and its whole history. For puppies and kittens it builds the first-year plan: vaccines, deworming, microchip and spay or neuter.

Do reminders come on WhatsApp?

Yes: vaccines, medications and appointments. Reply Done to tick it off; your family sees it. You can also get a weekly summary and alerts for your area, like heat or vaccination drives.

Can my vet write in the record?

Yes, once you give access through a booking or a share code. They only see the health record, and every entry shows who wrote it: you, the vet, or the assistant that read a photo of its vaccine card.

How do I pay for a booking?

Directly to the business, however it accepts: cash, card, bank transfer or interest-free months. You see it on their profile before you book.

What happens when someone scans the QR tag?

They see your pet’s photo and only the details you choose, like allergies or medication, and can alert you with one button. You get where it was scanned. If your pet goes missing, you make a lost poster with its photo and QR in one tap.

Does the AI assistant replace my vet?

No. It gives guidance based on your pet’s record and tells you when it’s time to see a vet. If something is urgent, use Is it an emergency? in Find care.

Is there an iPhone and Android app?

It’s in testing and coming very soon to the App Store and Google Play. Meanwhile MyPets+ works fully in your phone’s browser.

What do you do with my data?

We use it to run the service and never sell it. You can download it or delete your account any time from Account. The details are in the privacy notice.
